Rylans first haircut and girl scout cookie!

Rylan got his first haircut on Sunday. He has completely lost the baby look and now he looks like a little boy. He didn't even cry or throw a fit while he was in the chair getting his ear lowered.
These pictures make his hair look red, but I cannot even begin to tell you how much of a blonde baby he is. I was shocked when she started cutting his hair, it is so blonde.

Random Pictures

Hey, at least it wasn't a roll of toilet paper unraveled this time!!!!

Rylan and his cousins at Gradma's house getting ready to color Easter eggs. He looked adorable for the 2 seconds he actually kept the bunny ears on.

Notice how the front of his shirt is all wet? He had just eaten peaches, need I say more?

Total Rico Suave..... He should be a baby model!

Rylan's new look

This is the new way that Rylan smiles back at you! It is my favorite and makes me laugh every time I see it!!!

Take note as to how tired Spencer looks. This picture was taken at almost near midnight, and take note as to who is awake and still looks like he is ready to play.

Rylan is WALKING!!!

This is Rylan still learning how to walk. He is doing really well. He will let go of the furniture all by himself and you can see the wheels turning in his head as he contemplates whether he should crawl or walk.

Rylan's First Trip to Blastoff!!!

My niece Makayla had her birthday party at Blastoff this weekend. I can't believe that she is 3 years old already. Time flies by way too fast. Rylan had so much fun at the party. He didn't really like being in the ball pit unless he could stand up and throw the balls at everyone. Needless to say he had an endless supply of balls, and I spent a fair amount of time chasing them around the play area. He really loved riding on the Tonka truck. He would grab the steering wheel and laugh and laugh. I think when it was all said and done, he rode the truck 5 different times. He also got to play a boat racing game with grandpa. Rylan was happy to be turning the steering wheel and pulling on the throttle, but papa insisted that he put money in the game so Rylan could actually "play" it. We all had a fun time at her birthday, and I think Rylan wore himself out. He was asleep before we even left the parking lot!!!!

Crazy Hair Kid

These pictures are too funny. Rylan was at Grandma's house the other day, playing with his cousins in a toy tent. There was so much static, that his hair was standing on end when he was done. I think that picture makes him look like his momma.

Christmas Pictures

************I know these are a little late, but I wanted to share some Christmas pictures. I love his xmas outfit, it made him look like a little elf, and the hat was priceless. He was extremely interested in tearing off the wrapping paper, but I think his favorite part of the day was being able to push all the boxes around on the living room floor. That seems to be his new thing, pushing everything from books to shoes around the floor.

Rylan Feeding Himself

I was feeding Rylan dinner the other night, and he decided it was his turn to feed himself. Before I knew it he had grabbed the jar and had fist fulls of food and was smearing it EVERYWHERE. He is becoming too independent to be fed anymore. Good thing we had the dogs on hand to clean up the mess on the floor!

Rylan's First Birthday

We had a little get together for Rylan's first birthday. It took him a few minutes to figure out that he could dive into the cake in front of him, but once he figured it all out, he was COVERED from head to toe. He was one spoiled kid on his birthday. He got a ton of great toys and some of the cutest clothes I have ever seen. I am still thinking of a way to pay back Rylan's aunt Erin for getting the drums........ :)
